Core & flexibility

This all-levels class is the perfect complement to your aerial and non-aerial training. Class begins with 20 minutes of core work followed by 40 minutes of stretching and flexibility training.

Mondays with Sam, 5:15 PM | Ages 16+

All-levels handstands

This class focuses on building the strength, flexibility, and coordination needed to successfully achieve and move in and out of headstands, handstands, and other inversions, at your own pace.

This class is open to beginner to intermediate students who can comfortably hold a push-up or downward dog for at least 60 seconds. Some experience kicking up into a headstand is helpful, but not required. Additional challenges will be provided for intermediate students who are working on free-standing handstands.

Sundays with Joanne, 10:45 AM | Ages 16+

Meet Your Instructors

Circus Vision instructors combine decades of aerial, dance, and performance experience across disciplines. We encourage students to learn at their own pace and offer variations for students regardless of ability or comfort level.
