Join our pop-ups to learn the foundations (or continue your practice) of aerial dance trapeze. Seamlessly spin, swing, and flow through contemporary dance movements, combining dynamic drops and acrobatic balances with graceful, fluid choreography.

Start your aerial silks journey here, or improve your foundational skills, including climbs, wraps, and sequences on split silks. All first-time aerialists start at this level.

Improve your aerial skills by learning more dynamic climbs and longer sequences. Students with experience can practice more advanced skills and work on linking sequences together.

Adult aerial performance prep
16+ | Beginner experience encouraged | $25 drop-in
This class is perfect for students who want to create solo, duo, or syncro acts. Director Sam will help you choose the best music for your movement style and apparatus, explore techniques for structuring and training your piece, and show you how to follow a score sheet. Build your performance for competition, future showcases, or just for fun!

Open gym
16+ | Beginner experience required | $15 drop-in
Open gym is for all aerial students and performers. Bring your own apparatus or borrow one from Circus Vision! Train for performances independently, go over past sequences, or just condition. This time is what you make of it! Instructors will be on-site to rig apparatuses, but this is not a taught class. All open gym participants are responsible for their own safety.

Beginner lyra
16+ | No experience necessary | $25 drop-in
Beginner lyra introduces students to the fundamentals of aerial hoop work, including basic poses, mounts, and transitions. Students learn how to engage their core and understand body mechanics to stay in the air. This class emphasizes building a solid foundation for future progression.

All-levels lyra
16+ | Beginner experience encouraged | $25 drop-in
Expand your movement sequences on a single- or double-point lyra. Find your center with spins and orbits, and work towards single-hand grips and single-knee hangs. Playfully push the edges of strength and flexibility.
Break for the Summer
Aerial rope
16+ | No experience necessary | $25 drop-in
Focus on building the fundamentals of rope by transferring skills commonly seen in aerial silks. Students will build the muscles needed for dynamic work, such as beats and flairs.

Aerial hammock
16+ | No experience necessary | $25 drop-in
This class is open to all levels and uses a suspended fabric hammock to support and enhance poses, create sequences, and improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

Focus on more complex sequences, advanced movements, and challenging combinations that require strength and flexibility. Refine existing skills, or explore new skills and more advanced, dynamic drops.

Duo All Apparatus

Bring a partner, or bring yourself and pair up with another student! Learn catch locks and duo sequences on a static trapeze, silks, Lyra, and straps. Beginner experience encouraged, but this is an all-levels class.

Aerial HIIT
16+ | Beginner experience encouraged | $25
Build strength, endurance, and flexibility in this high-intensity, multi-apparatus class that uses silks, hammocks, static trapeze, rope, and straps. This all-levels class emphasizes core strength, grip strength, and overall body conditioning.
