WORKSHOPS
Introduction to Aerial Flying 101 (Day 1)
Saturday, September 19 | 11-12:30 pm | $140 for both days
This class will include a series of games and drills designed to help students explore aerial movement and understand the importance of finding your “pockets” in flight to execute tricks safely and efficiently. We'll cover basic flight patterns and techniques, suitable for students, professionals, and teachers alike.
Duration: 1.5-2 hours depending on registration
Introduction to Aerial Flying 102 (Day 2)
Sunday, September 20 | 11-12:30 pm | $140 for both days
Prerequisite: You must complete Introduction to Aerial Flying 101 to participate.
In this class, students will progress to more advanced aerial techniques, including complex flying patterns and duo flying. Participants will also learn essential flying cues and communication commands for working safely with motor operations or line pullers, ensuring both skill development and safety in the air.
Duration: 1.5-2 hours depending on registration
Beat Swing & Dislocate Series
The Beat Swing & Dislocate Workshop Series is designed to guide students from foundational skills to advanced aerial performance. Beginning with beat swings and basic dislocates, participants will build strength, timing, and confidence, then progress to independent dislocates, power development, and connecting skills in flight.
Suitable for students, professionals, and instructors, this series provides step-by-step instruction, practical drills, and expert guidance to help each participant refine technique, increase control, and elevate their aerial abilities.
Beat Swing and Dislocate 101 (Day 1 - Beginner/Level 1)
Saturday, September 19 | 2-3:30 pm | $140 for both days
In this 1.5-hour class, students will focus on mastering beat swings and beginning the takeoff for the dislocate. Fun drills and guided practice will help build strength, timing, and confidence in the skill.
Beat Swing and Dislocates 102 (Day 2)
Sunday, September 20 | 2-3:30 pm | $140 for both days
Building on Day 1, this 1.5-hour session is designed to help students progress off the floor and perform the dislocate independently. Participants will refine technique, develop consistency, and gain the tools needed to continue improving safely.
Master Your Flare 101
Sunday, September 20 | 3:30-4:30 pm | $80
This step-by-step class is intended to guide participants from the basics toward a polished flare. Designed for teachers or aspiring professionals looking to refine their skills, this workshop is suitable for students, professionals, and instructors alike.
Duration: 1 hour.
SEMINARS
The Art of Auditioning
Sunday, September 20 | 10-11 am | $30
This 1.5-hour seminar (depending on group size) helps students refine their audition skills and professional materials. Participants can receive one-on-one feedback on resumes and demo reels to identify areas for improvement. The session also covers strategies for targeting work to the appropriate productions, providing practical tools to succeed in the professional world. One-on-one feedback available for acts at the gym’s request.
OPEN GYM
Saturday, September 19 | 10-11 am | $30
