Connecting dynamic style entrances and exits with eye catching shapes to create seamless sequences. We will spend time learning how to pop through and slide out of comfortable places transitioning to new shapes. Pre-reqs: ability to invert multiple times, & confident in air hip keys.

Connect dynamic-style entrances and exits with eye-catching shapes to create seamless sequences. We'll explore popping through and sliding out of familiar positions, helping you transition confidently into new pathways and shapes.
Pre-reqs: Students must be able to invert multiple times and be confident in aerial hip keys.
