Hoop: Weaving & Transitions with Gabby Brody
July 11 | 1:30 PM | Ages 12+ | $25
Take an adventure through transitional movement to create new pathways between skills and shapes. We'll explore flowing through weaves, bending, and cyclical patterns using the bar and spanset. We'll use spinning movement to help create flow with transitions.
Pre-reqs: Students must be able to invert multiple times and be confident in a knee hang.
