Lyra Pop Up: Weaving & Transitions
An adventure through transitional movement to create new pathways between skills and shapes. We will spend time exploring flow through weaves, bending, & cyclical patterns using both the bar and span set. This workshop will include spinning movement to help create flow with transitions.

Pre-reqs: Students must be able to invert multiple times and be confident in a knee hang.
